Do i have to register online to shop?
Orders can be placed as a guest although we require a delivery address, payment details and an email address.

How do i sign up for the newsletter?
Add your name and email address on the newsletter field situated on the home page.
What will delivery cost me?
Orders placed over R500 are delivered free of charge.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders can take up to 3 – 5 working days to fufill. Please contact City Express customer service for any order enquiries.
How do i return an item?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect, incorrect product choice or any other reason,you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The item can be returned by the same delivery method which the item was received in for a full refund or a voucher. Kindly send us an email to start the return process.
What payment methods can i use?
We accept payment by credit card as well as instant EFT
How is my payment secured?
We have teamed up with South Africa’s Premier online payment solutions MY GATE. All Payments and transactions are secured by fully encrypted methods.
Can i send an order as a gift to someone else?
Yes, simply enter their address under the delivery options menu along with their name and telephone number.
How do i use a coupon/promo code/voucher
Please enter the Promo code/Voucher in the Redeem coupon field on the checkout page. Please note promo codes cannot be used in conjunction within a SALE promotion
Faulty Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! Just follow the returns process above online.
Change of Mind Returns
Not in love? That’s fine! If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
Products purchased from Express Stores online store, including sale items can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase;
The returned items must not be earrings, swimwear , cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples customised/personalised items, gift cards or underwear
All items will be returned to the original forms of payment
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return
Process
Click on the Returns & Exchanges and log into your account
Click Returns & Exchanges and follow link to Return or Exchange
Follow the easy prompts and accept
An email will then be sent to us with the details to book your parcel to be picked up by the courier company
You will be contact by the courier company to confirm a pickup time and location for your item
Pack your item in the same packaging that it arrived or use one of the bags provided by the courier company when they arrive
Remember to sign the waybill provided by the courier company and make sure they stick it on your packet infront of you
Refund Process
Once we receive your package , we will process the refund and notify you via email
The refund will appear in you bank account within 3 to 5 business days from the date of processing ( depending on your bank)
If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy , we will contact you and your order will be send back to you at your cost of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
